JD's Taxi Service Powered by Jaydeep Travels

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers.

Local City Rides
  • Cancellation more than 2 hours before pickup: No cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation within 2 hours of pickup: Up to 25% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • Cancellation after driver dispatch or arrival at pickup location: Applicable waiting and cancellation charges may apply.
Airport Transfers
  • Cancellation more than 4 hours before pickup: Full refund of advance payment.
  • Cancellation within 4 hours of pickup: Up to 50% cancellation charge may apply.
Outstation & One-Way Trips
  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before journey: Full refund after deduction of any processing charges.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of journey: Up to 50% of the booking amount may be charged.
  • Cancellation after vehicle dispatch: No refund.
Round Trips & Multi-Day Bookings
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: Full refund after applicable processing charges.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of departure: Up to 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellation after journey commencement: No refund.
Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
No-Show Policy
  • If the customer fails to arrive at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and no refund will be applicable.
Exceptional Circumstances
  • In case of vehicle unavailability, operational issues, or service cancellation by JD's Taxi Service, customers will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.
  • Refund eligibility in cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or force majeure events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
