Welcome to JD’s Taxi Service Powered by Jaydeep Travels. By booking and using our taxi services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation
  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact details at the time of booking.
  • Booking confirmation will be shared through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Fare and Payment
  • Taxi fares are calculated based on the selected service, distance, duration, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, and applicable fees.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra waiting time, route changes, night travel, or additional stops requested during the journey.
  • Payments can be made through cash, bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required for outstation and special bookings.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Passengers must carry valid identification when required.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, or any unlawful activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.
4. Driver and Vehicle Allocation
  • JD's Taxi Service reserves the right to change the assigned vehicle or driver due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Vehicle images shown in advertisements or on the website are for reference purposes only.
5. Delays and Service Interruptions
  • While we strive for punctual service, delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • JD's Taxi Service shall not be held liable for losses, missed flights, missed appointments, or consequential damages resulting from such delays.
6. Airport Transfers
  • Customers are advised to schedule airport transfers with sufficient travel time.
  • Flight delays should be communicated as soon as possible to ensure proper coordination.
7. Safety and Conduct
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times where applicable.
  • Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers displaying abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.
8. Liability
  • JD's Taxi Service is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
9. Privacy
  • Customer information collected during bookings is used solely for service delivery, communication, billing, and customer support.
  • Personal information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
10. Amendments
  • JD's Taxi Service reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
