One-way, round trip or multi-day: what is the difference?
An outstation taxi is a private car with a driver, hired for a trip between cities. Nobody else is in the car, you leave when you are ready, and you can stop where it suits your group. Three booking types cover almost every trip from Vadodara.
A one-way booking is for when you only need to get to the destination. A round trip takes you there and brings you back to Vadodara, whether that is the same day or a week later. A multi-day trip keeps the same car and driver with you at the destination, which is how most Rajasthan circuits and pilgrimage trips are done.

What that means per person
The cheapest car is not always the cheapest way to travel. Here is the one-day, 300 km fare including driver allowance, divided across a full car. The seat count is used as written in the fare table.

If you are a group of five or six, the Ertiga usually works out cheaper per head than a Sedan for four, and it leaves room for bags. The Innova Crysta costs more per head but gives a group of seven room to spread out.

Toll, parking, permit and border tax: how they work
This is the part of an outstation fare that surprises people, so here it is in plain terms.
- Toll. Highway toll is not part of the per-km rate. It is charged extra according to our terms and depends on the route you take. Most national highway toll plazas are paid electronically through FASTag, so the driver does not stop to pay in cash.
- Parking. Charged extra where it applies. Expect it at busy destinations such as temples, forts, markets and hotels without their own parking. Ask the driver to keep the receipts.
- Permit and border tax. A trip that crosses a state line, for example from Gujarat into Rajasthan or Maharashtra, can attract a permit or border tax. The amount depends on the state and the vehicle, so we tell you what applies to your route when you book.
- Return leg on a round trip. Toll is generally charged on the route driven in both directions.
